Long time don't use my mini doughnut maker. Last time I used it I ended up with made a failed doughnut.. LOL.. I made this successful doughnut for Sunday breakfast. My family like it so much ^^v
Below is the recipe for my Mini Baked Doughnuts.
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup buttermilk (I used 1/2 cup low fat milk plus 1 teaspoon lemon)
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
- In a large bowl, sift together : flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add buttermilk, egg, and oil then stir until just combined.
- Scoop batter into a piping bag then snip off tip to fill doughnut pan.
- Fill each doughnut cup approximately 1/3 - 1/2 full.
- Bake 4-6 minutes or until the top of the doughnut spring back when touch.
- Let them cool then sift the powdered sugar.
- ENJOY!!! ^^
